As the CEO and Co-Founder of DynaMeet you will play a driving role in the revenue growth and customer acquisition for the company. Working closely with customers, you'll take part in developing a product that not only meets their needs but exceeds expectations, delivering a 10x return on investment. Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales motion, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Craft and execute effective sales strategies to ensure the success of our lead generation platform.

  • Customer-Centric Product Development: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their pain points and aspirations. Guide the development team in creating a product that resonates with users, providing significant value and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • ROI Focus: Prioritize a results-oriented approach, ensuring that the SaaS product consistently delivers a 10x ROI for clients. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and optimize the impact of our lead generation solution.

  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Bring your leadership experience to the forefront, inspiring and guiding a talented team in a fast-paced startup environment. Foster a collaborative culture that thrives on innovation, teamwork, and a shared commitment to our mission.

Your Experience

  • Proven Sales Expertise: A phenomenal track record of success in sales, demonstrating the ability to formulate and execute effective sales strategies. Strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of customer needs.

  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership in previous roles, with the ability to hire, inspire and lead cross-functional teams. Experience in steering a company or department through growth stages is highly desirable.

  • Startup Enthusiast: Excitement about working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset. Previous experience in a startup setting is advantageous.

  • Team Player: A collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving. The ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Effective Communication in Japanese (Speaking, reading and writing) and business level English
